Crystal Singing Bowl Autumn/Winter Sessions

I am so looking forward to the line up I have for this month, playing my beautiful singing bowls at various day retreats around East Lothian. These aren’t events hosted by me, but if you’d like more info please email me and I can point you in the right direction.

What are Crystal Singing Bowls?

I have a stunning Chakra set of bowls, all attuned to 432Hz. A=432Hz is an alternative tuning that is mathematically consistent with the vibration of the universe. It’s like listening to the beating heart of our planet. When you attend a sound bath, the frequency of the sound allows the mind to stop thinking and the body to start feeling into the present moment. This allow an incredibly deep state of relaxation and internal healing.

What happens at a Sacred Space sound bath?

Well you don’t get wet! The ‘bath’ is the most wonderful feeling of being washed and bathed in this sound and vibration. I always begin by asking people to choose an essential oil - this aromatic anchoring is a wonderful way to set an intention for your experience. We then tune in with the Adi Mantra, Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo. Once you are comfortable and warm on your back, I will lead you through either a chakra meditation or Yoga Nidra (for deep relaxation of the physical body). The sound bath then begins and the sound will create a gentle, yet powerful, experience for the mind and body. The aim is to invite deep rest and relaxation and explore self-enquiry.
