About
I’m an Ayurvedic Consultant, yoga teacher and space-holder. My work is rooted in a simple belief: that much of what we need to heal, restore and reconnect is already within us. Sometimes we simply need the right space, time and guidance to hear it again.
I came to Ayurveda through my own search for a different way of understanding health. What began as a desire to understand my own body became a much deeper exploration of how we live, eat, rest, move and relate to the world around us. I’ve been studying and working with Ayurveda for many years now, alongside yoga, meditation, therapeutic bodywork and other traditional practices.
Today, I work primarily with women who are navigating a threshold in their lives. Sometimes they arrive because of a particular health concern, a change in their hormones, digestion, energy or sleep. Sometimes they simply know that something needs to change. Often, what begins with the body opens into something much deeper.
My role isn’t to tell you who to be or to offer another set of rules to follow. It is to create the conditions for you to slow down, listen inward and begin to understand your own patterns and rhythms.
Ayurveda gives me one of the maps I use. Yoga gives me another. The seasons, nature, ritual, breath, food and therapeutic touch all have their place too. But these are not a list of things I do. They are different doorways into the same work: coming back into relationship with yourself.
I believe wellbeing is less about constant optimisation and more about learning to live in a way that feels aligned, sustainable and alive.
Sometimes healing begins with a change in what we eat. Sometimes it begins with resting. Sometimes with being held in stillness for an hour or two. And sometimes it begins simply by creating enough quiet to hear what you already know.
That is what The Sacred Space has always been about.
