Twice every year with the change of season, the Earth comes into a perfect equilibrium – a balance between the lunar and solar frequencies – called the Equinox.
During the Autumn, our bodies and minds can become overwhelmed and out of balance as we naturally respond and mimic what is happening in nature - think bodies drying out, shedding old layers, the qualities within you becoming light, dry, mobile, especially the mind. As without, so within. We may feel unsettled or unstable, especially in these times we are living through.
Join me for an extended session where we will work more deeply with the Equinox energy to bring both freedom and flexibility into our lives with mantra, kundalini yoga, meditation, heat (sauna with curated essential oil blends) & sound therapy. Through Kundalini Kriya (sequence of postures) we consciously direct prana, shifting blocks in our energy bodies, opening up to innate healing – mentally, emotionally and physically, rooting us in abundant joy and health. We can elevate our vibration, clear out some of the junk we carry around, and lay a new foundation for the months ahead.

If you haven’t experienced Kundalini Yoga before, please read my blog post HERE before booking. A moderate level of fitness is helpful as is the ability to sit on the floor for an extended period of time.

WHAT TO BRING:
Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move and stretch in
Jumper & socks for relaxation (though I have lots of blankets)
Water bottle
Swimming costume & 2 towels - one to dry yourself and a small one to sit on for hygiene

Sauna Information:
It is recommended that you seek advice from a medical practitioner prior to booking an event where you will be using the sauna if you have any of the following medical conditions or are unsure if sauna will be a safe experience for your body: Health conditions include, but are not limited to the following;

Please listen to your body during the sauna experience, take regular breaks, rest and speak to me if you have any concerns. It is recommend to do up to 15 mins max before taking a break to cool down
Hydration: It's crucial to stay hydrated before, during, and after a sauna session.
Listen to Your Body: If you experience any discomfort or dizziness, leave the sauna immediately
Cacao Information
Please be aware that antidepressants are a contraindication when working with cacao. You should not consume ceremonial cacao if you have a heart indication. If you are taking any medication, please consult your doctor/ health practitioner before ingesting cacao. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or sensitive to caffeine and stimulants please let me know in advance. If any of the above apply, you are still very welcome to join and connect.
